Returns Policy
We will replace any product returned to us due to damage on receipt or defect. Please advise us by e-mail or by post within 24 hours of receipt in the event of damage or defect. Returns should be sent by secure post. We will refund the cost of postage with the replacement goods if the return is found to be damaged or defective. See Complaints Procedure above.Delivery

Customer information will be used only to fulfil their requests for products and services from Waspinator Ltd. No customer details will be forwarded to any third party, nor will they be used for random marketing e-mails. No hard copy is made of any sensitive information, including credit/debit card details. All electronic credit and debit card details are deleted as soon as the transaction is authorised.
